Check-In & Check-Out:

Check-In is at 4:00 PM, and Check-Out is at 11:00 AM. Early Check-In or late Check-Out is possible upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated Check-Out time or delay our cleaning staff will be liable for all associated costs and expenses.

General Rules:

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies and in communal areas. Surcharge for additional guests: The number of guests in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Each additional person will be charged an additional €30 per night. Violations of the smoking ban will be fined €250 plus the costs of cleaning and deodorizing. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Overnight guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Guests are responsible for the costs and replacement of lost keys.

Additional Notes:

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who violate these rules will be liable for all associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Violations of the house rules may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and expulsion without refund. Rearranging the furniture in the apartment is not allowed. Guests must leave the apartment clean and tidy upon departure.
